The Various Milk And When They Can Be Offered To Babies

As we all know, it's recommended that babies be offered breastmilk when they are between age 0-6months and at 6months complementary feeds can be introduced while breastfeeding should continue until your baby turns two. Milk like the cow's milk, almond milk, oat milk and the likes are nutritious but they do not contain all the required nutrients baby needs at this stage of their development so they shouldn't be offered any of these as a drink or as a replacement to breastmilk or formula before they turn one.
